2011 Süd-Steiermark Chardonnay trocken November Rain, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, nutty and slightly woody-spicy fragrance with pure pome fruit and melon aromas, delicately vegetal, yeasty and floral notes and delicately spicy tones. Firm also in the mouth, densely woven, ripe, tart fruit with vegetable and nutty aromas, moderate wood, again spicy notes, in addition some earthy minerality and dried mushrooms, a lot of power and melodiousness, but also polish, still young, good depth, very good to long finish.
