Citrus and apple fruit on the nose, yeasty, vegetal and floral notes. Slightlysweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal, nuttyand yeasty aromas, fairly fine mousse, good persistence, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, floral traces, veryslightly creamy, clear contours, good to very good finish.
