Rather tart aroma of black berries with dried floral nuances and herbal-planty hints. Tart, very slightly warm dark fruit, fine sandy tannin, slightly smoky and hints of sooty on the palate, certain persistence, herbal to herbaceous and earthy notes, a hint of pepper, good, tart finish that still dries a little.

Best to drink: 2023-2026+. What our ratings mean
