Tart, clearly herbal aroma with white and yellow fruity notes, yeasty traces, a little grass and elderflower as well as a little green pepper. Nutty, yeasty and clearly planty in the mouth, peppers again, also a little smoke, suitable acidity and slightly drying tannin, light wood notes, some power and persistence, dark berries in the background, redcurrant leaves, slightly bitter, salty tones, good, slightly drying finish with fennel notes.
