Yeasty, nutty, somewhat herbal and floral aroma with pome fruit and mushroomy notes, floral nuances and a hint of wax. Ripe, relatively soft, sweetish fruit, moderate, very fine mousseux, floral tones in the background, a little avocado, delicately nutty and waxy in the background, herbal hints, a touch of pepper, good to very good, a little creamy, relatively sweet finish.
