Clear, very gently smoky pome fruit-citrus nose with nutty and hints of tobacco. Ripe, juicy, rather tart, melting fruit with fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent on the palate, nutty and again hints of tobacco, has power and a certain depth, dried herbal spice in the background, a hint of wood, clear minerality, very good, juicy, grippy and slightly peppery-spicy finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
