Taut, tart and quite deep aroma of black berries with a hint of cherries, juniper, dried herbs, mushrooms, pepper and some bacon. Firmly woven, ripe dark fruit with smoky and very slightly sooty wood, lots of youthful, yet crumbly tannin and tobacco notes, salt in the background, also dark chocolate and coffee, a hint of pepper and noticeable juniper, lasting, has power, sooty hints, quite complex, good depth, very good, firm, again clearly wood-spicy, with air increasingly juicy finish with mineral notes. Must mature.
