2018 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Bianco "Beyond the Clouds", Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, almost cool, clearly planty and still somewhat yeasty nose with light yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances, a hint of dark berries and mineral notes. Firm, concentrated and rather juicy in the mouth, ripe, rather light fruit with planty, floral and yeasty notes, hinted nutty and yellow-spicy on the palate, lively, very fine acidity and some touch of crumbly tannin, lasting, powerful, but without heavy, cooling minerality, delicate ethereal notes, quite complex, good depth, has freshness, very good, firm, tangy-juicy finish with yeasty, floral and fine herbal to herbal aromas, some yellow spice and a hint of dark berries.
