Rather deep, slightly smoky, bacon-like and dried vegetable to herbaceous scent of black berries with hints of fleshy tones, ethereal nuances, a hint of liquorice and earthy-mineral notes. Firm, juicy, relatively cool-looking fruit, smoky and toasty wood notes, some cocoa, but also freshness and bite, lasting, good depth, herbal nuances, a little citrus zest in the background, salty and chalky mineral tones, quite complex, very good, juicy, grasping and spicy finish, again with bite
