Floral notes on the nose, delicate hint of mushrooms and bacon, red berries and some apple fruit, yeasty traces. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, grated apples and red berries, slightly sweetish, fine mousse, fairly good persistence, floral traces, hint of pomegranate, light bite, fairly elegant apple aromas on a very good finish.
