Slightly smoky scent reminiscent of celery with herbal and delicate floral aromas as well as restrained, bright yellow and red fruity nuances. Clear, fine-juicy, quite taut fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, has freshness, good persistence, some yeasty spiciness on the palate, salty mineral tones, a little smoky, elegant style with animating bite, very good, fine-juicy and -spicy finish.
