Tart, somewhat dried-vegetable scent of black and a little red berries with a little Provence herbs, black olives, pepper and rubber. Fruity and spicy in the mouth, slightly nutty to woody, herbal and earthy hints, moderate, still slightly drying tannin, a hint of bacon and pepper, slightly sweet melting, peppery nuances, not deep but harmonious and nice to drink, good quite juicy and spicy finish
