Firm, tart and dark also in the mouth, a little toasty and bitter-chocolatey, but also has surprisingly fresh, lively fruit, youthful, very fine tannin, persistent, delicately peppery, in the background also salt and a hint of herbs, a little liquorice, certain depth, has grip, very good, tight, quite polished finish with dark juice, bitter chocolate and spicy flavours
