2018 Alsace Grand Cru AOC Kitterlé Riesling, Alsace, France

Tart, relatively cool, distinctly herbaceous and planty aroma with fine, restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of dark berries, minerality and floral nuances. Ripe, tart, melting fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, dense and persistent on the palate, bone-dry style, very slight warmth, distinct minerality, still young, very fine phenolic tones, hints of dark berries in the background, has certain inner calm, quite complex, good depth, very good to long, firm finish.
