Communal appellation in French Burgundy in the north of the large area of Côte Chalonnaise. It covers the eponymous commune of Rully and part of Chagny. The vineyards cover around 350 hectares of vines at an altitude of 250 to 300 metres above sea level, of which around 100 hectares are in over 20 Premier Cru sites.
