2021 Pays d'Oc IGP Pinot Noir "Rosé", Languedoc, France

Slightly floral and vegetal nose with yellow and red fruity notes as well as nutty and yeasty traces. Straightforward fruit, slightly vegetal and nutty tones, very fine acidity, light melting and delicate grip, some persistence, floral to tobacco nuances in the background, a hint of chalk and salt, surprising length.
