2021 Pays d'Oc IGP Syrah "Nature", Languedoc, France

Youthful, somewhat floral and a hint of mushroomy scent of black berries with notes of Mediterranean herbs as well as peppery and delicately leathery tones. Straightforward, tart dark fruit, crumbly, sandy, youthful tannin, herbal, a hint of meaty, nutty and peppery tones, some herbs and juniper, some persistence, some power and warmth, but also cooling elements, some acid bite, salty nuances, good to very good finish.
