2021 Pays d'Oc IGP Viognier "Délice", Languedoc, France

Somewhat herbal and nutty scent with calm, bright yellow fruity notes and floral traces. Tart, fine-juicy, relatively tightly knit fruit, lively acidity and some grip, nutty and delicately yeasty flavours, a little herbal in the background, some persistence, moderate grip, some salt, good to very good finish.
