2020 Pays d'Oc IGP Syrah, Languedoc, France

Slightly smoky aroma of mixed berries and cherries with dried herbal aromas and a hint of pepper. Ripe, juicy, somewhat warm fruit, delicately chocolaty-roasty and smoky hints, youthful, fine tannin, some persistence, meaty and tobacco nuances, good to very good finish with a little salt.
