2015 Pays d'Oc IGP Brut Nature Rosé "Bulles d'Oc", Languedoc, France

Somewhat dried-vegetable and -floral, very slightly reminiscent of fennel, also nutty scent with red and black berry aromas. Ripe, juicy, quite melting fruit, sweetish notes of stewed fennel, floral nuances and a hint of tobacco, somewhat superficial perlage, light grip of crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, some warmth, hints of dark spice, traces of rock candy, good to very good finish.
