Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut "Absolu", Alsace, France

Yeasty, herbaceous and slightly floral fragrance with yellow fruity and almost a little peppery spicy aromas. Rather firm, bright, juicy fruit with distinctly yeasty and slightly nutty aromas, again herbal, floral nuances and a little white-peppery spice, some minerality in the background, some grip, lasting, very good, juicy, fine-spicy and handy finish
