Tart nose, light vegetal and mineral notes, tranquil, light yellow fruit, yeasty traces, mineral notes. Light-bodied, dry, restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, light yeasty notes, very slightly muted, some persistence, veryslightly creamy on a good but slightly muted finish.
