2017 Alsace AOC Pinot Gris "Les éléments", Alsace, France

Nutty and a little dried-vegetable fragrance with calm aromas of ripe yellow fruits, very delicate red berry hints and mineral tones in the background. Quite tightly knit, slightly sweet fruit, nutty, delicately smoky and dried-vegetable tones, very fine acidity, grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, some depth, very good, firm, again sweet finish with dried-vegetable and nutty flavours.
