Firm, nutty, fennel-like and very delicately smoky aroma of ripe, partly dried yellow fruits with dried-vegetable to herbal nuances, yellow spice, beeswax and some minerality. Ripe, melting, partly preserved, dried and candied yellow fruit, moderate acidity but plenty of grip from friable tannins, persistent, yellow-spicy, somewhat floral and red berry, smoky traces, distinct minerality, multilayered, good depth, certain warmth, tobacco nuances, very good to long, firm, juicy, sweet and at the same time tart-spicy finish with plenty of grip.
