2022 Côtes duTarn IGP Sauvignon Blanc, South-west France, France

Relatively cool, slightly bacony, in addition somewhat vegetal to herbal scent of yellow fruits with a hint of peppers and mushrooms. Clear, not quite dry fruit with vegetal and slightly earthy notes, lively acidity, hints of sage and green tea, delicate tannic grip, some persistence, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
