2021 Côtes duTarn IGP Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, South-west France, France

Tart, somewhat nutty, minty and delicately floral aroma of red and black berries. Clear, cool, tart fruit, fine sandy tannin, nutty and a little dried floral aromas, a hint of mint, chalky and salty hints, good, tart finish.
