2020 Gaillac AOC "Cuvée du Dôme" blanc, South-west France, France

Somewhat grassy-vegetable, light citrus scent with a little green berries and peppers. Lean, cool, bright fruit, clearly planty tones, a little yeast, fine acidity, woody traces, good finish.

Clear, fine-juicy fruit with herbal and very slightly floral notes, fine acidity, some persistence, straightforward style, mineral traces, nice to drink, good to very good, relatively juicy finish, again with quite fresh herbal flavours
