2020 Côtes duTarn IGP Sauvignon Blanc, South-west France, France

Somewhat herbaceous to herbaceous, nutty and very slightly bacony scent of yellow fruits with delicate floral aromas. Tart fruit with a hint of nutmeg and some yellow spice, lively acidity, delicate melting, slightly drying tannin, some persistence, good finish.
