2018 Côtes duTarn IGP Sauvignon Blanc, South-west France, France

Astringent, clearly planty nose with some paprika as well as yeasty, floral and mineral nuances. Straightforward, delicately sweet-melty fruit, moderate acidity, planty aromas, a touch of candy, very delicately floral and nutty, neat, a little sweet-melty finish.
