2015 Gaillac AOC "Cuvée du Dôme", South-west France, France

Somewhat developed, slightly grassy-vegetable pepper scent with black and red berry aromas and a hint of nuts and bacon. Red and black fruit also in the mouth, something dried-vegetable and spicy, easily sandy tannin, smoky nuances and salt, something spicy, has bite, good to very good finish
