Communal appellation in French Burgundy in the north of the large area of Côte Chalonnaise. It covers areas of the three communes of Bourgneuf-Val-d'Or, Mercurey and Saint-Martin-sous-Montaigu. The vineyards cover around 100 hectares of vines with around 30 Premier Cru sites. These include Bondue, Byots, Cailloute, Champs Martin, Clos Château de Montaigu, Clos du Roi, Champs Martin, Clos l'évêque, Fourneaux, Levrière, Marcilly, Mission, Montaigus, Naugues, Petits Voyens, Ruelles and Vasées.
