2021 Wachau DAC Grüner Veltliner Smaragd® trocken "Terrassen", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Quite cool, fine-vegetable, light pome fruit nose with floral traces, hints of white pepper and mineral hints. Firmly woven, fine, tart, again rather cool fruit, fine, relatively lively acidity and grip of ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, very fine vegetal spiciness, quite distinct minerality, has freshness and bite, very good, taut, juicy and again fresh-vegetable finish with notes reminiscent of green asparagus.
