Somewhat vegetal to herbal and hints of nutty scent of yellow fruits with slightly tobacco and mushroomy hints as well as nuances reminiscent of wasabi. Tart, slightly melting citrus fruit with some light woody and herbal aromas, lively acidity, a hint of rock candy, some moderate tannin, good persistence, salty tones, good to very good finish with grip and noticeable walnut
