Cool, fresh and planty nose, very slightly reminiscent of root vegetables, with restrained, light yellow-fruity notes and floral hints. Restrained fruit and vegetable aromas also in the mouth, bone dry style, fine acidity, certain persistence, mineral notes, good to very good, tart finish
