Light vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, mineral notes, yeasty traces, tranquil yellow fruit. Ripe, clear, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty notes, hint of tobacco, some yellow spice, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, good persistence and substance, mineral notes in the background, fairly firm structure, light herbs and spices on a very good, tart, juicy, mineral finish.
