2017 Wachau Riesling Landwein trocken "Amphora", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Gold-coloured. Rather tart, slightly herbaceous and yeasty fragrance with citrus and pome fruit aromas, floral nuances as well as distinct minerality, floral tones and a little yellow spice. Taut, tart, juicy, rather cool fruit with bite and a present, fine tannin grip, planty, yeasty and clearly mineral notes, persistent, certain depth, a little nutty in the background, tobacco nuances, very good, firm, tart finish with grip and lots of salt
