2017 Wachau Ried Kellerberg Riesling Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Prominent mineral notes on the nose, light herbaceous notes and floral traces, ripe yellow fruit and some sugar candy. Firm, juicy fruit on the palate, surprisingly cool considering the high level of alcohol, acid bite, noticeable tannic grip, tremendous minerality, still has light yeasty notes, persistent, good depth, veryvibrant, still very slightly rough, full body, slightly sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, still undeveloped, very good, firm, gripping finish.
