2009 Wachau Ried Singerriedel Riesling Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Tart, slightly muted nose, vegetal and earthy notes, fairly prominent mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit and some yeasty notes. Firm, concentrated and juicy on the palate, almost monolithic, ripe fruit, spicy tobacco, dominated by earthy mineral notes, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent, full-bodied, has some depth and good grip, clearly shows its origin, salty and some more light yeasty notes on a very good long finish.
