Editor note: Fairly shy, slightly leafy nose, some old oak, apple fruit, earthy and mineral traces. Tranquil and soft on the palate, polished, slightly sweetish preserved pomaceous fruit, slightly overripe notes, wilted flowers, herbaceous notes, lemon sage and some light earthy notes, integrated, polished acidity, full-bodied, fairly traditional style, very good long finish.
