2016 Costa Toscana IGT Cabernet Sauvignon, Tuscany, Italy

A firm, slightly ethereal, almost cool fragrance of black berries, a little coffee grounds and pepper with cedar, animal and tobacco aromas. Rather firm and dense in the mouth, ripe, juicy fruit with slightly coffee- and cocoa-spicy wood aromas, some tobacco and ethereal herbs, persistent on the palate, quite strong, still young, a hint of liquorice, salty notes, very good, juicy and spicy, again clearly ethereal, reminiscent of eucalyptus and mint
