Cool, somewhat planty apple-citrus nose with herbal-planty and floral nuances. Cool, taut, fine-juicy fruit with delicate sweetness and noticeable acidity, herbal-vegetal and yeasty nuances on the palate, a hint of smoke, some persistence, medium-fine, lively mousseux, good to very good finish with a hint of dark berries and bite.
