Slightly developed, nutty aroma with pome fruit aromas, a hint of honeydew melon, egg yolk, mushrooms, wood and hints of smoke. Firmly woven, tart, nutty fruit, moderate acidity, smoky, nutty and slightly vegetal flavours, mushrooms again, some pepper and salt in the background, lots of power and noticeable but integrated alcohol, has polish, very good, tart finish.
