2009 Carnuntum trocken Cuvée "Anna - Christina", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Slightly developed, smoky, roasted and woody-spicy scent of black berries and roasted paprika with tobacco, dried herbs and slightly cedar aromas. Ripe, dense, partly preserved dark fruit, smoky, toasty and clearly bitter chocolate wood, also coffee aromas, fine sandy tannin, persistent, has substance and a lot of power, warming alcohol, a little black olives in the background, dried herbal aromas, very good to long finish with a lot of ripe dark juice and just as much toasty chocolate and spicy wood
