Clear, slightly smoky nose of ripe mixed berries and a little cherry with floral tones and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. Tart fruit with nutty and bitter chocolate flavours, a touch of ash and some anise, good persistence, has power and warmth, salt in the background, a hint of citrus zest, then coffee, very good, warm finish again.

Editor note: Firm, slightly herbaceous-vegetable and hints of toasty scent of black and red berries with floral aromas, a little reminiscent of roses and delicately ethereal notes. Juicy, relatively dark fruit, some acid bite and fine, youthful tannin, delicately smoky and herbal on the palate, ethereal notes, good persistence, some power and warmth, salt in the background, very good finish with tart juicy fruit and herbal notes as well as a hint of juniper and delicate bitterness.
