2018 Pinot Noir "Le Schulz", Rheingau, Germany

Deep, compact, dark and compact aroma of partially preserved mixed berries and cherries with dried, herbal, delicate ethereal and floral aromas and a touch of pepper and mushrooms. Clear, firm, rather juicy, tart fruit, fine, youthful tannin and some bite, clear, chalky-salty minerality, a hint of cocoa on the palate, lasting, fine spicy notes, laurel, relatively complex, remains rather cool despite the high alcohol content, very good finish with fresh juice, spice and bite
