2017 Johannisberg Hölle Pinot Noir, Rheingau, Germany

Fairly cool nose, light floral notes, red berries, hint of tobacco, nutty, earthy and mineral notes. Firmly structured nutty notes on the palate, tart cocoa notes, smoky traces, persistent, some depth, fairly prominent salty mineral notes, noticeable acid bite, still undeveloped, hint of cocoa and coffee, toasted and smoky notes on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
