Distinctly nutty and finely vegetal nose of ripe yellow fruit with herbaceous and floral nuances and a hint of morels. Ripe, juicy and melting fruit, again clearly nutty, with some smoky and roasted wood flavours, a little yellow spice, pepper and root vegetables, has power and substance, but also cooling elements, clear, salty minerality, almost a little maritime notes, good depth, very good, firm and at the same time melting, juicy and spicy finish. Now in top form.

Clear, firm, youthful, rather juicy fruit, lively, fine acidity and some grip, moderate, light, a little nutty wood, delicate butter nuances, has warm and cool elements, lasting, certain depth, citrus aromas, has enamel and fine bite, very good, firm, juicy and again a little mineral finish
