2013 Pinot Noir-Chardonnay Brut Nature Cuvée "S" (Deg.:23.06.2016), Rheingau, Germany

Yeasty nose, light vegetal notes, cool yellow fruit, floral traces, earthy and mineral traces. Clear, fairly firm, bone dry, fairly juicy fruit oin the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light nutty notes and some light tobacco, very fine, lively mousse, light tannic touch, good persistence, some more floral traces, salty mineral notes in the background, excellent balance, clear contours, very good finish.
