Firm, slightly dried and planty, clearly yeasty and mineral fragrance with nutty and tart yellow fruity notes. Ripe, firm, juicy and melted fruit, nutty and yeasty aromas, dried vegetable tones, very fine mousseux, has substance and grip, lasting, good depth, present minerality, bone-dry style with power and a certain warmth, but also bite, very good, firm, tart, juicy and spicy finish
