Clear scent of red and black berries with hints of cherry, a touch of dried Mediterranean herbs as well as peppery and juniper traces. Firmly woven, ripe, tart, warm fruit, nutty and dried-vegetable to herbal aromas, a little smoke, almost tarry hints in the background, lots of power and noticeable alcohol, chocolaty aromas, a hint of coffee, marzipan and some ash, earthy traces, very good, warm finish. Needs to mature a little more.
